Whats the difference between Desire2Lean and Banner Self-Service?
• Banner Self-Service allows students to register for classes, see their grades, look at a transcript, pay their fees in other words, view and sometimes change the records information that Chattanooga State has about each individual student. • Desire2Learn is a course management systems that faculty members use either to teach online classes or provide supplemental materials for traditional classes. Although all students may log into Desire2Learn, students may only see course materials for classes they are registered for. Instructors are responsible for allowing students to see course materials for a particular course.
