Whats the difference between departmental and individual spaces in GUShare?
An individual account is tied to a person’s employment at Georgetown; the account will be removed, and the accompanying data deleted, 63 days after a person leaves the university. By contrast, a departmental space exists permanently—independent of any one person, and is not tied to any individual leaving the university.
