Both are identical chips, the main difference between the two are that D2CKey will probably (but not for certain) have better support and compatibility with backups and also has LED’s to indicate it’s functions, whereas the D2CPro has the disable feature which is an optional install – These discrepancies are very minor if you are unsure then just go for the D2CKey.
