Whats the difference between Continuous Operations and Archival Logging?
Continuous Operations allows you to safely back up a snapshot of your data while it is still in use. Archival Logging is a configuration option that allows the changes to a specified set of files to be logged in a special file. In the case of a file corruption that causes a loss of data, a backup can be restored and the log file contents “rolled forward” into the data file, to bring the file back to the state it was in at the time of the crash.
