Whats the difference between coaching and other types of management training programs?
Coaching is more personal and more direct. A coaching approach to organizational and personal development differs and complements what many management programs teach. For example one Harvard seminar states that it “Focuses on problems, not personalities” but a coach’s approach does focus on personalities – personalities can make or break any negotiation (or team/business) – learn about them and how to move others.
