CleanOffer is for buyers/sellers who want to work with an agent. CleanOffer has complete listing data, where many public websites have incomplete and/or stale data because they do not aggregate their data with the MLS. Because CleanOffer is a private, password protected website, we are able to show all statuses, all listings and all property addresses. CleanOffer updates its data in real time, with a lag time from the MLS of about a half hour. CleanOffer is for the “Serious” not the “Curious” property searcher.
