Both the CD-ROM and the download contain the same files for the Palm OS software title, which include the manuals. The CD-ROM also includes an installer for use on a Windows desktop. A Hot Sync ID is not required for the CD-ROM version, so it is ideal for gift giving. The download version is has a 30-day trial. NOTE: At this time, the CD-ROM program files support only the Palm OS-based Treo/PDA, not Windows desktop or Mac.
