Whats the difference between CalJobs and OCR?
CalJobs, part of our password protected Callisto site, is where you can enter full-time positions, both entry level and experienced, as well as part-time jobs and internships. Jobs on CalJobs are accessible by all current students and alumni users. On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) is a program where representatives from your organization visit the campus to recruit specifically for entry level positions and paid summer internships. Although OCR is part of the CalJobs system, you can only list OCR jobs if you have scheduled an interview date on campus.
