Whats the difference between Built-in Reports and Hierarchy Reports?
Built-in Reports feature provides several out-of-the-box reports across Exchange Sites / Administrative groups / Servers in the Exchange Organization. It provides a quick and easy to use report wizard to select the report, connect to the server and specify the report parameters to generate a report. Hierarchy reports feature enable you to view the Exchange objects’ information in the native Exchange Server hierarchy. Exchange objects are represented in the familiar format as tabs and properties, as seen in the Directory Server / Exchange Server.
