This is Baking Powder versus Baking Soda. Baking soda (AKA Arm & Hammer) is just Sodium Bicarbonate. Baking Powder (AKA Clabber Girl) has Sodium Bicarbonate, Cornstarch, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, and Calcium Acid Phosphate. That is your difference. Of course you don’t have to take my word for it.
