We make every effort to keep in stock the gear our customers want. “Available” means the product is in stock. Your order will be processed promptly. You will be provided with the order confirmation and tracking information when it is shipped. We will notify you of any unexpected delay to your order. “Special Order” items will need to be prepaid and could take 4-6 weeks to ship. The gear is made special for you at the Palmer factory in Germany, shipped to us, and we ship to you. The cycle usually takes about 4-6 weeks. You will be notified when your order is shipped and tracking information will be provided at that time.
