Whats the difference between AutoPay and Online Bill Pay?
Auto Pay is a bank draft service which automatically deducts your bill balance from your bank account on a recurring basis, until you call us to cancel the service. You will need to provide Customer Care with your banking information. You will continue receive a paper statement each month. Using My E-Bill you can pay your bill with your Visa or MasterCard online. You may select within the User Options whether you wish to pay on a manual or recurring basis. You may also select whether you wish to receive a paper invoice and/or e-mail notification when your new statement is available online.
AutoPay is the service previously offered by SureWest for residential telephone customers who chose to set up recurring payments to be deducted from their checking accounts. This service will still be available to customers that have already registered. Online Bill Pay is SureWest’s new automatic payment system that allows customers to view or pay their bills online.
