Whats the difference between Austin Creative Archive and the Global Asset Library?

0

The Austin Creative Archive volume contains most of the assets migrated from Dell’s Austin Creative Archive repository, which has now been replaced by The DAM as Dell’s digital asset management system of record. The Global Asset Library is the new home for globally-approved, retouched and re-usable assets, such as logos, product imagery, lifestyle photography and global templates. The master copy of the Global Asset Library housed at Enfatico’s Austin office is constantly being updated, and the changes are then “replicated” to the copies of the GAL on every other server worldwide every night. Over the coming months, the highest quality and most useful digital assets in Austin Creative Archive will be moved to the Global Asset Library.
