Whats the difference between an Interdistrict Transfer Agreement and a Tuition Agreement?
The interdistrict transfer agreement gives the attending district the primary responsibility for the education of the student and allows them to claim the ADM. While a tuition agreement gives the attending district the responsibility to provide educational services but the ADM is attributed to the resident district.
