Whats the difference between an FBI background check and a state police check?

That will not show up because, the FBI check for australian immigration is a fingerprint check which will only show crimes that he has been arrested and charged for. The state police check would show it but you said he has been in Australia so your right he won’t need that.. but you can still claim child support even if he is in Australia,… the untied states and australia have an understanding on this ( i can’t remember the name of the program.. recorpial or something like that) so even though he is here he will still have to take care of his child..
