If people want Aloe Gold, then the double concentrate is exactly the same product as was previously called Aloe Gold. If they want to know which product to use then the following criteria applies: Aloe Inner Leaf – is a single concentrate of aloe and high in salicylates. Salicylates have strong natural anti-inflammatory action. This is the best product for people with IBS, or eczema or arthritis. 30-60 ml dose. Aloe Double concentrate – double concentrate of aloe, 10mls dose. Used mainly for immune regulatory properties. Excellent for general tonic, support during ling term illness where the immune system needs help.
