Whats the difference between Albacore and Chunk Lite?
I’m confused. Tuna labeled as “Light Meat” may contain one or more varieties of light meat species, usually Skipjack or Yellowfin tuna. Tuna labeled as “White Meat” contains Albacore tuna. I’ve recently begun hearing and reading about Omega 3’s, and heart healthy fatty acids in the news a great deal. Does tuna contain them?
