The first time a user logs into the viewer on a computer, they have activated their license, and does not have to do so again on that computer. Only if that person were to view the content on a different machine would he need to activate it again.

Activation is the process by which your computer is registered as an approved user. The first time a user logs into the ARALOC viewer on a computer, they have activated their license, and do not have to do so again on that computer. Views are simply the number of times one user opens the viewer to see a piece of content. Some content providers will limit the number of views available to a user.
