A. A villa will be a detached three to six bedroom home with its own private pool. Some villas have a games room/ area in the garage which may include a darts board and pool table. Most villas are on two floors although there are a few bungalow-style villas. Townhomes are terraced 3 or 4-floor accommodation offering three or four bedrooms. Townhomes have access to a communal clubhouse with large pool and other facilities such as a fitness centre and bar. Condos offer two and three bedroom accommodation in a multi-story building over one floor and also have access to a communal clubhouse and large pool.
