Whats the difference between a to-do and a commitment?

0

A commitment is a to-do that has been “committed”. By committing to a to-do it appears on the coaching page. The idea is that you only commit to the most important actions that you want your coaching partner to hold you accountable to. Sure, you are going to complete many tasks throughout the week but reserve your commitments for the important tasks that will have the greatest impact in your life.
