Whats the difference between a septic system as-built plan and a plot plan?
An as-built plan shows the measurements to your septic system from your foundation in your yard. This is helpful in locating your septic system if you do not know where it is. The septic as-built looks like this: A plot plan just shows the foundation of your home in relation to your lot lines. It does not show anything about your septic system.
