A Pet Deposit is an advance collection of funds that is refundable after your lease terms have been satisfied. Sometime we may need to retain some of the Deposit to recover any damages that a pet has made. A Pet Fee is a charge assessed to residents with pets. Pet Fees are non-refundable.
