The Pending External Transfers page displays your scheduled transfer instructions until the process of moving funds begins. You may cancel or modify your instructions at anytime when still in the pending state. Once the transfer process has started, these transfers move to the External Transfer History page and into the “In-Process” state. Transfer instructions can no longer be canceled or modified once the status changes to “In-Process”.
