This is a good one, it is what got Scrup and I off on the wrong foot when I first joined the site. I’m glad we were able to get past my ignorance. Another good one to start is the Difference between Copyright, TM, SM, and Patent. I would also add one that lists Questions to ask to see if you even need a Patent. I would love to see some type of flow chart as answers to questions when they can be applied.
