"Family constellation" is a psychotherapeutic tool using (inherited) inter relationships between family members (Bert Hellinger) "Organisational Constellation" is a management development tool, using physical, emotional and spiritual elements of relationship (with one-self, with others and their surroundings) (Dr Eddy Kloprogge). The only thing they have in common is the use of "living maps".

Family and Organizational constellations are done in a similar way. In a family constellation, individuals serve as representatives of family members whereas in an organizational constellation they represent elements of the organization such as the founders, management, workforce, customers, etc.
