Whats the difference between a conscious and unconscious belief?

0

Most of our beliefs are formed by the time we are 5-7 years old based on experiences and our caretakers. As an adult about 90% of these childhood beliefs are not remembered and are out of our concious awareness. These beliefs are then referred to as unconcious beliefs . If you bring a belief or memory into your current awareness it then becomes conscious . Many times you can shift a belief just by bringing it into your awareness and seeing if it is really true for you now.
