Whats the difference between a confirmation number and an invoice number?
Prescription and nonprescription items are shipped separately and possibly on different days. Therefore, you may have more than one invoice number per confirmation number. The confirmation number applies to your entire order for both prescription and nonprescription items. Remember; always use your confirmation number when you would like to check the status of all items ordered. However, sometimes not all orders are given a specific confirmation number. If you ordered by phone or by mail, the order will not have a confirmation number. For orders without confirmation numbers, simply use the invoice number to track your order.
