Whats the Difference Between a Coach and a Consultant?
A.: A consultant gives you advice and recommendations, so there is a teacher / student type of relationship. In consulting, the consultant leads the discussion. In coaching, we are equals. The client sets the agenda and leads the discussion. A coach does not give you advice, but, rather, helps you tap into your own resources so you can find the answers you most need by using your innate wisdom.
