Whats the difference between a client reference and job feedback?
We require new tradesman to provide details of two previous clients before we allow them to use the site. Each reference is verified by MyBuilder in a number of ways before comments are posted to the tradesman’s profile. Tradesman can add a maximum of four references to their profile. Job feedback is an evaluation of work carried out for a job that was listed on MyBuilder. Job feedback can only be left once a tradesman has been hired through the site and a transaction has taken place. All feedback comments undergo stringent technical and manual checks.
