With a Classified Ad, your property is listed for 6 weeks on RentFair and our partner sites, unless you choose to remove it earlier. With a RentFair Full Service Ad, in addition to advertising your property on our listings and partner sites, you may also request the following additional services: – credit checks for prospective tenants (with UK addresses) – collection of referee details from prospective tenants – collection of a holding deposit from tenants wishing to rent your property. This helps to elimiinate time-wasters. If they pull out, you keep the deposit (but please see our terms and conditions for full details). – preparation of a full legally-binding assured shorthold tenancy agreement for your property once it is let Prospective tenants must sign up as members of RentFair to confirm their consent to credit checks and referee details being taken.
