Whats the difference between a 1 or 100pt magnitude Levitate?
A higher magnitude with the Levitate effect makes you move faster while levitating. Generally though increasing the magnitude with levitate makes the spell (or effect if it’s on an item) near impossible to cast or makes it take up so many enchantment points that it isn’t possible to create. If you need to move really fast in the air, a better solution is to pair levitate (of any magnitude, preferably with a Constant Effect item) with the Boots of Blinding Speed.
