• When we sent the document to printer, they managed to replace all the zeroes with illegal characters when doing the font conversion. The square represents an illegal character. In some places, instead of a square there is nothing (e.g., page 10 says it is page 1 because the zero was dropped). Fortunately, this did not affect any of the ship sheets. As a strange aside, S7 and V4 were both printed simultaneously at the same print shop using the same machines, yet S7 does not have this problem. Figure that out. Three of the ship sheets are too fuzzy to read! • Again, the print shop’s fault. They printed those three, and only those three, at a lower resolution than the others. I am at a loss to understand why they did this, and why it was not caught (considering how blatantly obvious it is), but there you are.
