What’s the deal with the Donate Now button above?
The design and supporting templates are provided for anyone to use, free of charge, according to the terms of the Creative Commons License specified. However, I would really appreciate a donation if you find the design and/or templates useful. I suggest a donation of US$25. Donations help cover the cost of many hours that went into design and creation of these templates, and adding in features that I thought others would appreciate.
