Whats the deal with the $11.00 UPS Address Correction Surcharge?
[TOP] UPS charges us $11.00 to change any address either directly or indirectly. If we send a package and UPS contacts you and you have it shipped somewhere else, that is an indirect address change and we get charged for it. If you enter the incorrect street number, name or postal code or leave off the apartment number, UPS will contact you or attempt to correct it and charge us $11.00. We have been eating this in the past but its gotten way too expensive and we feel that it is unfair to pay for mistakes that are not ours. Before you complete your order, you are notified of this charge. Thank you for understanding.
