What’s the deal with salmon sausages?

0

The salmon sausages are pre-cooked and have no casing. You can grill them on the top rack (indirect heat), pan fry them on low, or steam heat them in ¼” of water in a pan. They are not a traditional juicy sausage since they have no casing. They work well on a bun with ketchup and mustard, or cut up and put in a frittata or scramble. The ingredients in them are salmon, potato flour for binding, olive oil, honey and herbs and spices.
