The PBR Philadelphia RPS City League does not yet have the means nor want to test competitors for foreign substances. You may use as much caffeine, tobacco, beta-blockers, Ginkgo Biloba, Flex-All or other legal substance of your choice as you like. Illegal drugs are, of course, illegal and will not be tolerated.
