What’s the deal with children and age restrictions on overland tours?

0

Due to the nature of overland tours, we can’t accommodate any person under the age of 14 years, unless it’s a tailor-made safari, special interest or family trip. In which case all kids between the ages of 14 and 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and the booking will be accepted at management discretion as certain itineraries contain activities where an age limit applies. We don’t really put any strict limitations on the upper age limit providing the person is fit and suitable to undertake an overland safari. Older clients need to be aware of the nature of the tour. Please bear in mind that the Gorilla Trekking tours have an age limit of 16 years.
