Whats the deal with all the potlucks?
The vision statement in this department states that “our partnerships are based on a vision of social and economic justice that positively enhances collective and individual well-being.” If that doesn’t sound like a good excuse for a potluck, I don’t know what does. To support our department culture we have a social committee comprised of two faculty members and two staff members. They’ll be hitting you up for money once a year.
