Whats the customer service number for walmart.com?
I had a minor problem with Wal-Mart last year and really found no satisfaction in dealing with them. I ended up not going to their store anymore even though they tended to be the larger store with better prices in my area. The numbers are: If you’re a customer, call 1-800-WAL-MART (1-800-925-6278). If you’re an investor or analyst, call 479-273-8446. If you’re a journalist, call 1-800-331-0085. If I’m ever really upset with a company I tend to call the media relations folks (the last number given). Marketing contacts even in large companies almost always answer the phone and will painfully listen to your rant, and sometimes even fix the problem. It’s usually fun to start out with “What’s the point to all your great marketing efforts, when…?” Good luck!
