There is no charges to upgrade the Miva Merchant software from v4.00 to v4.13. But, if you are upgrading from version older than 4.00 to 4.13, you’ll be charged $99 for the upgrade license. New Version 4.20 is not backwards compatible with older versions but is now standard for all new accounts.
