It in turned spawned Waldorf or Steiner schools. The essence of Steiner’s philosophy was tuning man into the natural world around him. (It’s a bit more complicated than that, of course, but you get the idea.) Dr. Hauschka embraced Steiner’s principles when he set up his cosmetic company in 1955.
