I don’t know if you’ve personally experienced a life with many different careers, but that’s been my personal story! I understand from recent sociologists that most of us will change careers at least four times in our working lives. For me, StoryweavingTM is a philosophy that brings together all the work I’ve been lucky enough to experience, all the skills I’ve developed in my life as a teacher, a professor, a journalist and creative writer, a mentor, a trainer, an administrator and a healer. What a journey it’s been to arrive here at StoryweavingTM! Whether I’m training Chinese CEO’s in Beijing or working with an artist, graduate student, or job-shifter in my Accokeek or Silver Spring office, my main goal is to facilitate individuals and organizations through the inevitable and often painful transitions that are an ordinary part of modern life. I believe change can be opportunity, but I know that change is hard, so I developed StoryweavingTM to make sure that we can meet the challenge
