From the looks of it, unfortunately there is not really any bicycle shop very close to either Northgate or Lake City. As I asked in the clarification question, you might just want to put the bike on the bus and get down to Gregg’s Cycle. However, should that not really be an option, there are a couple other places that might work for yourself. One would be Scott’s Seattle Bicycle Repair, which isn’t exactly walking distance either.
