In order to preserve your rights, we must receive a written notification from you within 60 days after Bank of America mailed you the first bill containing the error. This written request must include your signature. In your letter to us, document your contact with the merchant and include your name, address, account number, a description of the unauthorized charge(s) and copies of any documents supporting your position.
