The cheapest way to get to the Boulder Hostel is to take the AB/Skyride bus (provided by RTD) directly from the airport. The cost is $12 each way; be sure to bring exact change in cash with you.Your stop will be the Euclid/16th and Broadway stop, which is second to last. Once you get off the bus, cross the street and continue waking in the direction that the bus was going.
