If you meant the former, some standard insurance comapnies (like ING Insurance and Axa) offer errors and omissions insurance (aka Professional Liability) for certain types of industries such as opticians, barber shops and hair salons, vetrinarians, funeral directors and a select few other types of professions. Most other types of standard professions (i.e. accountants, lawyers, architects, etc.) have specialty markets that will insure them. They are more expensive than the standard markets however the standard markets will not insure these risks.
