Xerox gives you a new color printer (ColorQube™ 8570/DN) or multifunction printer (Phaser™ 8560MFP/D) with a 3-year on-site service warranty, free of charge. In exchange, we require exclusive purchasing from our FreeColorPrinters website (with our competitive pricing) for your printer’s supplies through the length of the three-year term. We also require that you print the minimum number of pages per month that you agreed to in your program agreement. This monthly page requirement is verified by your printer’s usage report, which you fax to us each month. After the three year term, the Phaser is yours to keep and the agreement expires.
