That’s always what people ask: “Is it good for shareholders?” What I suggest today is that the business of business is not just business, because employees do not want to be 100% commercially oriented. They realize the world needs our help. They’re spending all of their waking hours doing commercial work. They’re like, “I don’t have time for my schools. I don’t have time for my environment.” Have other companies adopted your model? We’ve motivated a lot of companies to adopt this model. Google adopted our model wholesale. They’ve adopted the 1% equity, but I don’t think they’re totally done. Sergey Brin and Larry Page were at a presentation I did on this, and they came up to me afterwards and told me they were going to adopt our model. Nonprofits and corporations don’t always get along.
