Whats the biggest tradeshow shipping case I can get?
I would make the decision not to go with the biggest case, but with the type of case that would ensure that the booth material arrives to the venue intact and can be shipped back to your company intact. When I managed trade shows remotely, I searched for cases/boxes that could be shipped to the hotel room instead of the venue to save on shipping costs. The hotel folks are usually more responsive and have better tracking of items than the trade show unions. Trade show unions add such an exorbitant cost that it exceeded the cost of shipping. Plus, they keep the boxes off-site until the event (read, they lost my boxes) and had difficulty reaching a union manager to help me find misplaced items. Unions don’t do tracking very well.
