What’s the biggest challenge the Emerald Coast is currently facing, and how can it be resolved?
We must consider the best way to allow for growth but keep our values, our sense of community, in tact. I think a lot of greed was shown with the real estate market growth a couple of years ago, and we need to learn from that. What about your job brings you satisfaction? I enjoy so much about my job, but it is a great feeling to know that people trust me to provide them with a meal. I feel like I am able to give time back to families; that I am making it a little easier for someone each and every day. Fast-forward 10 years: Where are you, and what are you doing?
